Signal Engineering for modern measurement.

Most analytics setups collect events. I design and build the measurement infrastructure that turns those events into proprietary, decision-ready signals for ad platforms, ML models, and the operators making real decisions.

How I Can Help

The problem

Ad platforms run on ML, bidding is algorithmic, and AI agents are consuming your analytics output. Basic conversions and last-click attribution don't feed these systems well.

  • Signals too coarse for modern bidding
  • No value awareness in conversion data
  • Dashboards built for humans, not machines
  • Growing gap between setup and activation

The method

Signal Engineering moves teams from basic conversion tracking to a layered measurement system built for modern activation.

  • Event design with data contracts
  • Server-side collection and enrichment
  • Warehouse-native pipelines
  • Value-based signals fed into activation

The model

I work as an embedded engineer - in your Slack, your repo, your standups - shipping production code instead of slide decks.

  • Embedded with your team throughout
  • Most engagements are 2-12 weeks
  • Engagement via 8-bit-sheep
  • Code and docs you own after I leave

Independent practitioner. Embedded delivery.

Before going independent, I spent years at the leading digital analytics agencies in Germany (TRKKN) and Denmark (IIH Nordic), consulting enterprise clients on measurement architecture. I’m a Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer with deep experience across the Google measurement stack - GA4, GTM, server-side GTM, BigQuery, Dataform.

Based in Copenhagen and working with 8-bit-sheep, I also teach Technical Digital Analytics at IHM Business School and co-organize AnalyticsDev, a yearly practitioner meetup for analytics and AI engineers.
